Due to the unique nature of our international stock lot inventory and our limited-stock sourcing model, many items cannot be replaced once sold out. Consequently, all sales are considered final.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives significantly damaged from transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the packaging and items for our review.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product completely different from the item you purchased, please contact our support team immediately so we can correct the mistake and assist you.

Review Process

All reported transit issues or missing item claims are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis, and any resolution will be provided at our sole discretion.
